To facilitate this process, we have attached an input form that seeks key information, including your name, the specific article at issue, and your recommended changes. For those proposing entirely new articles or substantial modifications, we kindly request supporting documentation outlining the necessity of the proposed changes. This approach ensures that your negotiations team is equipped with the necessary groundwork for both preparation and justification in addressing the requested amendments.
Our union's strength lies in the diversity of opinions and perspectives within our membership. Your input is not only welcomed but fundamental to the robustness of our collective voice. We encourage you to prepare and bring forth your recommended changes to our Collective Bargaining Agreement input meetings scheduled for December 4th and December 6th at 11:00 AM. These meetings will be held at our Union Hall, providing a conducive environment for thoughtful discussion and collaboration. A zoom link will be available for the December 6th meeting only and will be for viewing only. If you have article changes to present, we ask that you present such changes in person.
