GREAT NEWS - the paystub/pay check has been modified to make it easier to understand. There are two major changes:

1) The Overtime FSLA rate printed on the paystub reflects the actual rate being paid. While the system calculation is still complex and difficult to explain, the printed rate more accurately reflects your overtime compensation. The FLSA Overtime rate times the number of hours equals the earnings shown on the paystub.

2) The "Employer Paid Benefits" section will no longer display the Fringe Unemployment rate or the Fringe Group Health/Dental rate. These items are budget related and are not going away, they will simply no longer print on the paystub. You will continue to see all of your other employer paid benefits.
