The Albuquerque Area Firefighters, IAFF Local 244 sponsored the New Mexico’s Bravest Football Team.  They went to the Presbyterian Kid’s Hospital and gave t-shirts, autographed footballs, and team pictures to all the children.  Our firefighters represented the union with true compassion and professionalism.  The children and parents were very thankful for the time that we spent with them. The Fire Fighters themselves were moved by the visit and are committed to making next years event even better! 

The Executive Board would like to thank Chaplain Mike Trujillo, Chaplain Matt Caward, Seferino Vigil, Oscar Vasquez, Brad Kornrumph,  Jacinto Dominguez, Joe Saiz and all the Firefighters of the New Mexico’s Bravest Football Team for their hard work and dedication.
