Executive Board members and Negotiating Team members met yesterday to discuss concerns with the TA'd Contract that is up for vote.  Only a couple items were changed with others to be looked at down the road.  Those changes were presented to Management yesterday and they were approved.

The two (2) Articles that were amended are:

Article 10: Bulletin Boards was returned to the language from the previous contract eliminating the last section allowing Union computers and internet into the station.

Article 11: Seniority was reorganized to be more clear, the section on carrying 4 years of seniority forward was removed, and the language regarding Engineers, Paramedics, and Deputy Fire Marshal's being equal was modified.  

Attached you will find the amended Article 10, the changes to the TA'd Article 11, and a clean final copy of Article 11 as newly proposed.

THE VOTE WILL BE ON THURSDAY JULY 28th FROM 07:00 TO 19:00 AT THE UNION HALL, STATION 40, AND STATION 33
