Duke City CrossFit opened its doors on October 1st, 2011. It is owned and operated by 4 members of Local 244. What is CrossFit???? CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that incorporates Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Metabolic Conditioning through functional movements, which are constantly varied, performed at high intensity. This is not your typical “Global Gym.” Every class is lead by a coach who programs the workout, as well as teaches and perfects all movements.
