The IAFF Local 244 Executive Board is accepting letters of interest for County Chapter Vice-President for the next 14 calendar days. The Executive Board will appoint a member to serve in this position on December 2, 2021 until the next General Election (in 2022) in accordance with the IAFF Local 244 Constitution & Bylaws, Article VI, Section 5. All letters of interest can be turned in to the Union Hall or emailed to kesiaff244@gmail.com on or before November 26, 2021. This vacancy resulted from Brother Angel Alvarado’s resignation & upcoming retirement. The Executive Board would like to extend its appreciation to Brother Alvarado, for his many years of dedicated service to the members of Local 244.
