In the coming year, Local 244 will continue to have an integral role in the BCFR promotional process. We seek to maintain and monitor the integrity of this process for our members, while continuing to develop a more efficient process that brings out the best in those involved. It is a valuable position to help in the professional development of our department. This process provides our brothers and sisters with competent leaders that they can count on. In turn, we are all able to provide the highest level of service to our community. We look forward to your interest letters and picking one of you to serve on this committee.
