City Chapter Special Meeting to approve two (2) MOU’s between IAFF Local 244 and COA/Albuquerque Fire Rescue reference ‘Privileged Communication MOU’ and ‘Reclassification of Positions-Paramedic Lt. to Captain MOU’

A City Chapter Special Meeting is scheduled for Friday July 8, 2022 at 11:00a.m. at the Union Hall in accordance with Article II, Section 4 & Article V, Section 6 of the IAFF Local 244 Constitution & By-Laws. The purpose of this meeting will be for membership ratification of the IAFF 244/COA-AFR Privileged Communication & Reclassification of Positions-Paramedic Lt. to Captain MOU’s. The special meeting will start promptly at 11:00a.m. Please review both MOU’s in the ‘Contract’ section of the website (they can be found in a folder titled 'MOU's/Contracts for Approval'.

As a reminder and in accordance with Article V, SECTION 6. Special Meetings: Voting held to determine candidate endorsements or special issues is limited to appearing in person, at the meeting, and casting your vote. Therefore, NO zoom link will be available for this City Chapter Special Meeting.
